Fees depend on the scope of engagement — full service (search through settlement), due diligence only, or auction bidding only. All fees are discussed transparently at our initial 15-minute strategy call and outlined in writing before any engagement begins. No hidden costs.

How does the 2026 Australian budget affect property buyers?

From 1 July 2027, negative gearing is limited to new builds only, and the 50% CGT discount is replaced with CPI indexation plus a 30% minimum tax on capital gains.
